MERCHANDISE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY AND GUIDELINES                                     Print This Page


To expedite your return or exchange, please follow these guidelines.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge, with original proof of purchase, within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, sale product is not eligible for return or exchange. Please return them to us along with the original invoice/packing slip and this form.


Merchandise must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. We can also accept merchandise return if there is any defect due to manufacturing errors. (Please note that washing instructions are on the Care Label which is attached to your merchandise.)


Full credit will be given for turkishtowels.com and manufacturing errors. (Excluding expedited shipping charges)


Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Making a return or an exchange:


If you need to return your merchandise for an exchange or refund, please contact us via email at sales@turkishtowels.com then we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label to return your order to us.

You may use the original shipping box then simply affix the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest courier location which we’ll send it to you by email.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once your return is received and processed. We will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 to 8 business days of our receiving your return.


International Returns


Turkishtowels.com's return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., shipping charges must be pre-paid.
