GENERAL TERMS

- Minimum Order
Our minimum orders vary by product, size, weight, type of towel, and colors. Please make every effort to provide details of towel specifications that you need.

-Packaging
Our standard packaging is based on the size and weight of your towel. Usually, it will be six pieces/poly bag and 50 pieces per export carton.

-Lead Time and Delivery
Our production time is based on the type of towel you are buying. Usually, the lead-time will take up to 60 days after you have confirmed your order and payment.

-Artwork and Samples
For custom-made design towels, please provide your artwork, color-separated or CD in JPG Format. We can provide similarly designed samples immediately but special design samples can take up to 4 weeks to produce. Our sales staff will contact you for cost of the samples. All samples will be sent by FedEx or UPS with NO cost .
